Hays titled "Ploughing in the pasture 1920" 16" x 24" with original frame, boat painting of early day sail signed L.C.C. 15" x 30" fresh colors with handmade frame, OIC by Bryant Chapin 1859-1927 landscape with lake, trees, etc. 16" x 24" dated 1905, Rare O/C by Addison Center of a Glouster Mass. Cove scene with boats, houses, rocks, etc. 12" x 18" in original gold frame dated 1887, his paintings were exhibited at the Cape Ann Historical Society 1980 with an article in "The Magazine Antiques" April 1980 issue. Mr. Center was the Collector of Customs from 1867-1885 and Captain in the Union Army. Watercolor by Maurice Day titled "Ecstacy" Walt Disney chipmunk 8" x 10", Large O/C by F. Jogel Boudreau 30" x 42" probably Gloucester area with hand carved frame, O/B by William C. MacNeill of Heath Hens from Martha's Vineyard 15" x 19", 4 reverse paintings on glass of ladies and gentlemen, 3 O/C by Maine artist Sharon Larkin 1950 titled "Sojourner Returns', "I can see you from here", and "Waiting of the messenger of Innocence", also a large watercolor by Mimo Riley titled "The Pear" 38" x 52", plus more paintings!!
