19th c. portrait of a lady with fan in original elegant frame; watercolor of carnival life, 14" x 18", by Peggy Brook Bacon [1895-1987] ; also several charcoal illustrations by Peggy Bacon including: young boy resting in chair, young boy sulking or frowning, tow men street fighting, lady walking with purse observing baby in carriage, mammy checking little girl's height; also illustrations by Denys Wortman [1887-1958] : two men singing Christmas carols at the Bacon's front door, two men picking out a Christmas card for Peggy, and the last is a man pulling a log to the cabin while a chimney sweep is on the roof; two (2) floral stillifes by Alois Lunzer [b. 1840] ; group of watercolors of finely painted roses by several different artists; watercolor stillife of vegetables, also finely painted; two (2) oil portraits of race horses by Charles Manley Tyler ; unsigned watercolor of Napoleon on horseback with soldiers; watercolor of snapdragons, signed Winifred Walker ; oil on canvas of lady with bonnet in the garden, 34" x 35" in original fancy gold frame; several good prints; two (2) signed photos by Carroll Thayer Berry [1886-1978] of Union Cemetery
