McCoy [1919-1989], of Horsepoint Road, Port Clyde, Maine with fish shack, house, etc., 18" x 24"; Sexton family portrait by Philip Spooner Harris [1824-1884], Bath, Maine 1859, gentleman has envelope, lady has the letter open in her lap, 38" x 50", we also have the chair that is painted in the painting, "as found"; o/c by Percy Sanborn [1849-1929], of young boys setting a game trap in the woods, with typical Sanborn white birch tree with peeling bark, 16" x 20"; 19th c. painting of a lake scene with lumberman's tent, steamship on the lake, and mountains, 24" x 28"; watercolor ship portrait by William Birchall [1884-1941], framed 10" x 14" image; 19th c. oil of a basket of peaches, signed J.
