Two oil paintings by William Thon [1906-2000]. Both paintings have been offered at auction before but with large reserve prices. Both paintings have been for sale at $40,000 and $30,000 respectively. I am offering these oils at NO reserve or minimum. The first one is titled "Reverie", it measures 22" x 32" in original frame and was featured in a 1937 LIFE magazine article of William Thon. The second oil is titled "The Painter Port Clyde" and is the only known painting that Thon did of himself. It measures 25" x 46" in its original frame. Both oils are typical of Thon's work in the 1930s.
