Steinway grand piano direct from a Tenants Harbor home, serial
# 196723 circa 1919, case is in need of refinishing, as found
condition, rare Staffordshire dalmation dog figure, large pair
of brass andirons, brass fire fender, pair of bisque figural lamps,
tole trays, 2 good lots of linens, 18th century brass push-up
candlesticks, small hanging chandelier, tin shade store lamp.
pair of marble base lamps, also lots of misc. items from a Rockland
attic!! Also approx. 15 book lots from the McGrath library.
